EN-759 Sr. Telecom Database/SDW Consultant - Contract - Basking Ridge, NJ (Local Candidates Only)
Length: 3 to 4+ months
The Database/Scalable DataWarehouse Consultant is one of several customer-facing roles performed our client’s Professional Services organization that focuses on delivering data warehouse solutions to customers.
You will provide in-depth technical needs analysis, advice, and technical support regarding database configuration and utilization issues.
Requirements:
o. In-dept customer facing experience in the telecommunications industry (Absolutely Required)
o. 8+ years experience designing database query specifications, database implementation, performance tuning administration and security (Required)
o. Experience with Teradata, DB2, ORACLE, Informix (Required)
o. Experience with data sourcing tools (Visual Basic, PowerBuilder (Required)
o. Experience with database project engagement planning (Required)
o. Degree in computer science with a database concentration or related discipline (Required)
o. Experience with data modeling and data mining a plus.
