Key aspects of the role include:
* Front line support to the business and other IT teams across Reference Data suite of applications.
* Incident resolution, problem identification and root cause analysis
* Develop knowledge in Reference Data systems as required, sharing that knowledge, as required, with global teams
* Maintain excellent relationships / communication with global stakeholders, other IT teams, business areas etc.
* Take ownership of issues through to resolution or escalation, as appropriate.
* Technically assess all IT changes affecting production environment.
* Pro-actively improve the quality of systems and service, and increase business value.
Basic Qualifications-
* Degree in Computing Sciences or Information Systems.
* Has an IT background with minimum 3+ years of practical experience in IT support and/or development
