Responsibilities:
· Maintain MA Platform availability
· Liaise with various Managed Accounts team members to gather and define requirements for process improvement and technology projects
· Liaise with Global Strategic Relationship's (GSR) sponsors and vendors to coordinate product launches
· Work closely with vendors and service providers - including Fiserv (APL), Imaging Solutions & Hyland Software (OnBase), etc
· Build business cases for proposed initiatives.
· Work with technology partners to develop specifications and detailed test plans for enhancements and carry out user acceptance testing.
· Perform work flow & business analysis; design solutions to meet business needs
· Provide additional support of key business and technology initiatives Assist in analyzing new business opportunities to assess complexity, feasibility and time to market
Qualifications:
· Ability to map and understand complex workflows
· Strong interpersonal, communication skills
· Excellent time management and problem solving skills
Essential Experience:
· 1 -3 years Operations and/or Project Management Experience
Education:
· Undergraduate degree a must
