Complete and oversee regulatory reporting functions. Supervises and coordinates all experience reporting, staff coordination, etc. Reviews reinsurance agreements and edits and recommends for signing. Develop actuarial memorandums in support of rate filings. Investigates expected mortality and morbidity or unemployment experience, applying actuarial techniques and formulas to develop expected cash flows and rates. Respond to state insurance department disapprovals. Coordinate staff performing annual statutory experience reporting. Develop rate deviations and future rate filings. Complete other responsibilities, as assigned. Review reinsurance agreements and recommends changes prior to final sign-off by authorized company official.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, statistics, finance or related field
* Five or more years related work experience
