Main functions include the computation and payment of entitlements to holders over a key date. The analyst will review stock record and announcements to determine ownership. Functions will also include collection / payment of entitlements, data extraction, collation, reconciliation, and resolution of exceptions. High client (internal and external) interaction is required. The analyst will identify any potential risk items and escalate to a specialist or management for advice or resolution. Analyst is required to possess fundamental understanding of the securities industry and knowledge of reorganization processing overall.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Previous work experience at an investment bank or other business related institution. 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Power Point.
